We recently donated our 2 old gazebos to Fiveways School in Yeovil. We were delighted to receive a letter of thanks from the school.

We would like to thank you for the very kind donation of two gazebo's for use at our fund raising events. These will make a great difference in coping with weather conditions both wet and dry! They were used at our recent summer fete which you will be pleased to know rased £3000 towards our new minibus.

Fly the Flag for our Camping Club!
We have now received our new club flag.
This will be a great way of showing where the
rally is and of course, advertising the club.
Rally Fun Whatever The Weather!
The club has purchased 2 Coleman Event Shelters.
These can be used by rally officers to provide 
shelter from sun/rain. A great way to ensure that group activities/coffee mornings go ahead despite the weather. These shelters can be used individually or together to give you a larger sheltered area.
These are available to Rally Officers and should be collected from the Equipment Officer prior to your rally.
2010 Membership Evening
Thank you to everyone who supported our Membership Evening - We had a great turnout! Members will have received their 2010 rally book, listing all the information required for this years camping.
* AGM - Friday 15th October 2010 (Westland Wessex Rooms)
* Sunflower Competition - This will take place on the Wells rally.
* Sponsors - We have a new sponsor, Herald Caravans.
They join our other sponsors, GasCo, Southfork and Highbridge.

Our Chosen charity for the coming season is the air ambulance.
The 2010 Membership and Social Evening will be hald on Saturday 27th February at the ex serviceman's club, Preston Road, Yeovil.
Join us from 7.30pm. Annual membership is staying at £10.
Raffle prize donations most appreciated.

Our A.G.M was held on 16th October 2009 and we had a high attendance. Thank you for your support.
